Masterclass Series

Solegio Arts is proud to present our first program: the Masterclass Series. We offer students a rare opportunity to learn from some of the most accomplished and inspiring artists in the industry—those who typically only teach within elite institutions. Our guest teachers are esteemed performers and educators from institutions such as the Royal Conservatory of Music, the University of Toronto, and other prestigious music academies worldwide.

Each masterclass is structured as an immersive three-hour session, during which five selected students perform for 30 minutes each. This format allows for in-depth instruction, personalized feedback, and a unique chance to refine their artistry under the guidance of a master teacher. Unlike private lessons, these sessions provide the invaluable experience of performing in front of an audience while also allowing participants and observers to gain insights from the teacher’s feedback to others.

In each masterclass is our Cafe Q&A where students, audience members, and the guest artist come together in a relaxed setting with light refreshments to exchange questions, learn about the artist’s career journey, and discuss topics ranging from interpretation and technique to the realities of the music industry. Whether it’s a conversation about competition strategies, artistic growth, or life as a professional musician, our Café Q&A provides a space for meaningful dialogue over light refreshments.
